1) Exisiting Winter League All-Net Teams only need documentation for new players.
Out of boundary players need a seasonal release.
2) Exisiting Winter League All-Star Teams only need documentation for new players.

3) New teams must provide documentation for players.
Out of boundary players need a seasonal release.
4) Documentation includes Birth Certificate, Report Card, and Utility Bill.
5) Coach is solely responsible and will guarantee that all rostered players are completely legal and live within the Chapter's Boundaries. Failure to comply to this rule may cause disqualification and will not be able to participate in future leagues.
